The apartments quality is not reduced only to the generous windows but also to its excellent finishes that reflect a modern and sophisticated environment.
The walls were chalk stucco painted in nuclear white, with a height of 8 feet, windows tinted in different colors, glass sliding doors to the balconies and master bedroom, baseboards, and laminated floors with modern colors and patterns, and bathrooms with environmentally friendly sanitary artifacts of reduced water use.
The color palette begins with the selection of varnish for carpentry and wood furniture, which was a dark walnut color. From this unifying element, fabrics, leathers, artifacts, and paints were chosen in different tones of white to generate a neutral base that could later be changed in each of the environments for one contrasting color.
The interior designers resolved in an unconventional manner what could have been the decoration for a small apartment, because they achieved an aspiring sense to the way these apartments should be decorated.
