Selected as Central America´€™s largest financial center, Europlaza World Business Center houses the prestigious English franchise Regus. This being the leading virtual offices and business center company in the world, it required a vanguard design with an international architectural style and a first class corporate interior.

The team of architects and designers gave special care to the luxurious finishes, with pristine white colored walls, vibrant blue carpets, and exquisite light-toned wood, establishing with these elements a warm and very stimulant visual language for the clients who rent these spaces.

This business center revolves around a central point that is the lobby. The resulting design is an oval-shaped vestibule that shelters a radial shaped desk made of rich tropical wood, finished with a curved, Canadian Maplewood wall and sofas covered in soft fabrics. This space with white ceilings and warm light lamps, reflected on the shiny floor, and the wood, give a five-star hotel style welcome.

In the meeting rooms the enclosures are made with tempered frosted glass, to maintain privacy, but transmitting natural light to the corridors. The Herman Miller furniture is an essential part of the luxury transmitted by this corporate space, with its distinctive Aeron chairs and state-of-the-art technology.

The Cyber-Café with light wood floors and furniture makes up the Wi-Fi, café, and TV zone, in the middle of an open space, similar to the modern airports that Regus´€™ people are accustomed to.

Because it is a business center where different clients interact, the offices are completely soundproof, which was achieved by a double glass and ceilings and walls with acoustic insulators, but keeping with the same standard of finishes of the common areas, which gives unity to the whole project. The result is a clean space with much corporate elegance and warmth.
