This successful local company, dedicated to poultry farming, decided to move its offices to one of the most prestigious and recent buildings in the country.

The requirement was slightly different than what a multinational company usually asks for, which commonly is mostly focused on functionality, flexibility or image. This client’s priority was to generate an elegant space where people wouldn’t feel trapped and where it wouldn’t matter if they came in dirty from working in the field. The objective was to feel like they were working outdoors but with all the benefits of being inside a building, without skimping on the use of durable materials and taking the most advantage of natural light.

The color pallet is based mainly on earth tones; wood on the ceilings and the common area furniture is honey colored, the wood furniture in the closed spaces is the color of humid earth, the polished travertine floors are sand colored and the bathroom’s porcelain tiles are ocher.

The white ceiling has a height and geometry play that defines the importance of each space, granting speed to the corridors or greater height in the closed environments.

This project seems like it has no solid divisions between its closed environments, because each office is surrounded by tempered crystal and has a curved design, filled with ovals that subtlyreflect the nature of the business. Likewise, the natural aluminum color of the furniture is correctly toned with the building’s window frames.

Thanks to the use of transparent materials and polished stone floors, natural light runs all the way to the furthest place in the area allowing to enjoy the amplitude and comfort of each space. Without a doubt these offices seem to be open to fresh air and inspired by nature.
